It changes, back when I was building up to large doses of Niacin the location of the flush changed all the time.

Then I ran into Rift Valley fever virus (RVF) and while running that it made a huge diff when I had large doses of Niacinamide ala Andy Cutler.

A bit more research and dowsing and it turns out that stirring up the crap is only half the battle.

Also the Doctrine will get rid of the BioW Ergotine which turns into LSD for mind control.
