Yes, it can work that way and I tried it first. Quit after a while because I did not feel that the benefits were there. Once I read the scientific studies, I realized that the majority of the benefits came from the flush itself. It only took a few days to remove most of the toxins and after that, there was reduced histamines but the flush and other benefits were still there.

Hmmmm, he must have read the same scientific study that I did, in which almost 8000 participants had a 90 percent reduction in mortality over expected. Basically, in that group, there was an expected mortality of 60 deaths per year, but there was an actual mortality rate of only 6! Not only that, but the study lasted 10 years, continuing with the same results. Even better is the fact that a follow up was done 10 years after the study ended and guess what? The reduced mortality continued even after the study was over for 10 years!

Also, folks might need to know that taking the niacinamide and / or inositol hexanicotinmate increases the risk of liver damage due to the constant load produced rather than a quick flush that soon subsides.

I do recommend inositol, but as IP6 ( inositol hexaphosphate ).
