Re: My Story Adrenals, Mental, ADD, CFS, alternative treatments?
I am not verified as gluten intolerant, but it is pretty obvious. I avoid it like the plague. I take oxbile/systemic enzyme/HCl but not on an empty stomach, I will now try.
I believe you, and I know that fish pills and enzymes have greatly helped me. Slippery elm, marshmallow, and paudarco, as well as I believe MSM and curcumin/boswelia/teasel root/eucomma/rehmania root is what I am trying to take to deal with my GI tract.
I have read on the
parasite forum where I also posted that in fact, I need to try to stop the lack of enzymes at the source. Observe here "You have to rethink and reprogram yourself to understand the root is toxicity, acidity, toxemia, parasites, sluggish organs, poor nutrition, toxic environment, weak immunity, fillings, chemical imbalances, malnourishment, malabsorbtion. "
and here "If you do all these things to get rid of
parasites & you still don't feel good, you might want to consider that you have mercury and/or other heavy metal build up in your body."
I believe these things love to kill your bodies ability to use enzymes correctly. Enzyme function truly takes a beating, and your body cannot live without them.
Expect me to get back to you on this topic, because I consider it to be fundamental to my problem, and others.
I am really going to take a look into the liver detox stuff. I am going to try to restudy some academic papers I have that explain how schizandra sinensis detoxes the liver, and any other detox papers I have.
I probably do have some parasites, all humans do, but I may not have them as badly as people on this forum. I have never seen anything suggestive in my stool, though that does not mean they are not there.
I believe my digestive organs and liver and gaulbladder may just be taxed and burdened from a lifetime of poor health, and perhaps the extreme burden of intense weight loss and fasting I had to endure for a year.
The doctor seemed concerned with my IBS and he hinted at me having malabsorption.
I keep telling people that eating grassfed beef is healthy, I have to say that it is ironic -naturalist and curezone type people do not agree- and neither do doctors. It is a shame.
Protein is not so bad, if wild and untainted with industrial and metabolic waste, and what not.
Unfortunately, my digestion is terrible, and red meat, even healthy is not known for good digestion. But, lets be fair here, you all, the raw almonds I eat, do not digest well. Really nothing I eat digests well except for cooked vegetables and raw fruit. It just REAAAAAALY hints at something being wrong with the physical organ.
I do have healthy bowel movements, they just seem a little underdigested, like they are passing too quickly. I know what unhealthy bowel movements are, I use to have them when my diet and health were worse.
I take triphala, with the amla and terminalia species. It really helps with passing regularly. So honestly, I just think I am not absorbing well at all.
Some other forum told me I was going to end up regaining to weight from eating beef and saturated fat. I think it is unlikely. What is going to make me regain the weight is the build up of acidosis. And I can tell this is becoming an increasing problem for me, for which I blame not eating raw food- BIG TIME BIG CULPRIT, and poor digestion. I eat more food, and thus it digests poorly.
