Sorry not been able to reply as I had a computer crash which happened two days ago but resolved now.
My opinion on alternate day Water Fasts or Intermittent Fasting as it is known is that it is very beneficial for health and weightloss. Make sure that you do alternate one day of water only followed by easily digested foods, such as those you have mentioned the next day and repeat. Personally I would also include Chlorella/Spirulina powder mixed in fresh juice on the feeding days.
Indeed, Water Fasting resolves the addiction to Sugar and unhealthy junk and allows the body to enjoy the taste of natural foods.
