Thanks Chrisb1, i have experienced that point when weightloss stops, it can be annoying, but it usually happens after 14 - 20 days in my experience from 10 years ago.

What would be your opinion on alternative day water fast/ fruit, fresh juice, coconut water, dried fruit and nuts (all organic) once i reach a point where weightloss has slowed down too much. also anyone else experienced feel free to advise

I think the main bonus of Water Fasting for weightloss and related purposes is the fact that in appropriate circumstances where their is no major psychological addiction, Water Fasting resolves the addiction to Sugar and unhealthy junk and allows the body to enjoy the taste of natural foods. Even the most healthiest could get addicted to some of this junk they sell in the pretence of food and usually requires drastic measures to resolve!
Also, the motivation from the quick drop in the first 1/2 weeks, sometimes up to 20-30 days if your lucky is always a great boost to help continue the journey to good health. it also resolves the brain fog and lathergc feeling associated with bad eating, something that i must resolve before uni
