Thanks, this time failure is not a option, no plan b left. I will weigh myself i think, otherwise motivation will be hard to keep ecspecially as my only objective is to rid the weight, i dont have any other conditions to treat with fasting. I guess it will allow me to keep check and makesure i take action when weightloss stalls which it will to continue losing! I see myself sticking to Water Fasting and a fruitarian diet combined until i reach my goal, which is somewhere between 9 - 11 stone.
