I know what a shock it is to find out that you have this kind of problem that will limit your activity and may lead to an early death. The Drs though I had sarcodoidosis and Lupus and it seemed I would only live for another 8 years, shocking for a person in their 20's. Fortunatly they were wrong tho I did have an autoimmune problem and with the help of Hulda Clark 's programs and eventually learning I needed to avoid gluten I will celebrate my 75th birthday this fall.

It may help with the problem in your ear to use hot packs - as hot as you can stand and for as long as you can do them. I wonder if putting a wet teabag between the hot pack and your skin would help the pain, it works for toothaches. Clark's Zapper are also very effective for pain problems. You can order one online or make a very simple device easily, I'll send you instruction if you want to try this. I've been using a Parazapper for several years now and it works quite well for infections in the tissues.

I don't know much about MS but have read that diet helps. See:
