You're not drinking enough juice and not enough leafy green which are the most healing juices. Do fruits only in the morning. Both carrots and pears have a lot of sugar which is OK for a quick pick up but it will drop you quite fast.I've posted at least a half dozen recipes on this forum. Use the search function at the bottom of my post to find them. Kale is the most nutritionally dense veggie Cilantro is great to detox heavy metals. 2 or 3 sprigs is nothing. You should be juicing 6 to 12 or about thumbs width of stems bunched together
Keeping things moving out is of prime importance on any fast so the body gets rid of toxins. It is advisable to do some laxative tea at night before bed and doing a salt water flush (SWF) in the morning. The hardcore fasters do enemas but personally I just don't resonate with that. If toxins don't get out of the system they will accumulate and you'll reabsorb the toxins and make yourself sick.
