I'm juicing 2 red pears and 1 lemon in the morning and drinking a combination of 4 carrots, 1 green pear, 2 celery, 4 sprigs of parsley, 1/2 tomatoe, this is for lunch and then dinner. I'm drinking a lot of water. Today the nausia is better and I'm not as weak. I do feel like crap unfortunately. I just wasn't expecting to be so weak and nausiated. I've looked up some juice recipes. What types of juices do you recommend throughout the day and how much. Such as, green juices, whole fruit juices or combinations of such. Is there a better time a day to have these and are there any effects I should be aware of. Thanks for the help. :)
