These are probably related to AF difficulty handling heat. Heat is a kind of stress, and it impacts our stress system.

I had a sauna moment last year that gave me a 2 day headache.

Other things that may be going on: Dilating vessels can lower your blood pressure. With our poor hydration and low blood pressure, AF sufferers may be particularly susceptible to further pressure drop.

Drink a lot of electrolyte-balanced fluid before showering. Maybe a small bottle of gatorade. And, sadly, avoid extreme heat.
