if a person could clean their colon with one dose of a purgative, then long fasts and cleansing programs would not be necessary.
dr. jensen's information is much better and more accurate.
also personally i have spoken with a number of pathologists, remember those people who actually do autopsies?? i don't even know if doctors perform routine autopsies anymore. but the ones i have spoken to all agree that the vast majority of colons are impacted with plaque.
