I wonder how many people in these forums are aware of the controversy of these cleanses. While the post above certainly belongs in a debate forum, I doubt many of the people in these forums actually go looking for opposing opinions by actual doctors. People should be well informed before doing to these cleanses not just take peoples anecdotal experiences.
