Re: My Success Story - Update

I have only bought what I need (i.e. very basic food, clothing, etc.) for quite some time. I reject the consumer-driven life - it has been the ruination of this planet and society.

I liked the little (155 page) Bristol book. The DVD "The Secret" encompasses the same philosophy, but more in-depth. The video is a little hoakey and materialistic at the beginning, but the principles are sound and the featured speakers interesting and persuasive. The Secret, of course, is the immutable Law of Attraction. I highly recommend it.

I have decided to try to be as normal as possible and start looking for employment again after 5 months off dealing with the devastating parasites. Altho still many problems and a return to the working world may be difficult, I am seeing improvement and feel I need to participate in a more balanced life to further my recovery. It is far more beneficial to be out and a part of the living world than sitting out in the country isolated with my mind on parasites.

Love seeing positive posts here on the forum. We all can certainly use a little lift here and there :)
