Onwards
I did have a very strong die-off when I first started the kefir. Then over time a slow returning fatigue by the end of the summer.
I have only been on the high fat for 7 weeks. I have not lost or gained any weight but I don't really need to lose any. My body is still adjusting to this diet. I wouldn't say my body has really changed at all.
My hubby has gained some but it looks really good on him. He is 5'10" and now 180lbs. He has been lifting weights and really looking defined and healthy. He mentioned that he is feeling much stronger. This is what I am after but it has not happened to me yet. Things seem to take longer for me.
I just made another bone broth today and will try and remember to drink some each day.
