Concerning Magnesium citrate, it is NOT magnesium sulfate!


Nor is it magnesium glycinate...my point is that yes, there are many different forms of magnesium, however, they do not all have the same effects. I have used both magnesium citrate/sulfate (epsom salt), and my experience was that the citrate was MUCH milder than the magnesium sulfate. In fact, one form of magnesium has no laxative effect at all, and is used to lower blood pressure. When doing the liver flush, I stick to using the Epsom Salt because it is the form of magnesium recommended specifically for this procedure. JMO.
