Thank you Chris for taking the time out of your busy day to reply back. I agree with what you've said and looks like I need to take a couple of days off in order to start my fast. I know that once the first day or two are completed, it's smooth sailing from there for me. I was trying to look up some good hypnosis sessions to relax and ease my mind, I think that will help along with what you suggested about meditating. You'll be seeing me here soon..starting my day one and hopefully I'll get some more great words of advice from you Chris. Thank you and have a blessed day
