Re: Undiagnosed upper right quadrant pain that might surprise you

That you even noticed the ‘surprise’ in my heading must mean something. Might just be my advertising/ marketing back ground but I think the surprise will keep unfolding. My story is familiar and I love curezone. And while I am weary of looking for hope in a supplement bottle I am very hopeful that I can get better and I believe anyone can improve there health by applying wisdom about herbs and nutrition.
We are in agreement: "Let your food be your medicine, and your medicine be your food." Hippocrates
Yes, to taking responsibility...
"If you are not your own doctor, you are a fool."
Hippocrates, Again.
I am also interested in re-mineralizing, in natural iodine- kelp and seaweed and in PH balancing. I have so much to learn. I have only been vegetarian for 20 months with a short bout of about 2 months when I tried doing vegan. That was right before my upper right quadrant pain began. I have even wondered if my body was/is rejecting my new eating or perhaps I am detoxing from meats or even missing some amino acids from meats. I also wonder about food allergies and I am in an experiment right now avoiding gluten. Celiac blood work panel came back negative twice, but I noticed I feel better when I don’t eat bread so I am going to give this abstinence from gluten a good long test and see. I may very well be gluten intolerant. I love veggie juicing but need to do more of that and I need to eat less starches and carbs. Metabolic typing has me a bit more open to really learning to eat for what my body needs not being a strict vegan or vegetarian. I am pretty open to most foods but I have no thought that pork or shellfish need to be on anyones plate.
I am more concerned about the quality of food today. The seed, soil, processing and packaging of even ‘organic’ food is in question.
And I certainly do agree with your statement, “We don't know anything, until we turn off the TV, and turn down the other stuff, and 'tune in'”.
'Fun Food' has a stronghold on our society. I can’t go to close to black coffee or anything with Sugar in it cause they suck me back into fun mode.

Good thoughts chirontherainbowbridge. Thank you for sharing them!
