According to Telman's graph and the reasons why, it does seem like olive oil is the best, although San2006 used coconut oil with good results. Isn't that high in saturated fat?
Anyway I might check into the macadamia nut oil and see if my health food store has it. If not I'll just decide on the best unprocessed oil. I'm just not sure if I could handle the "ick-factor" of olive oil but maybe I'm wrong. I use it a lot in food but it has such a strong taste to ingest a large amount of!
