Thanks. I looked in the Liver Flush FAQ and I saw that any oil will work. I don't understand why olive is the oil suggested.

I'm not sure if I'll use olive oil for my first flush or not, I might go with one of the milder oils at first. I guess I will experiment over time to see which oil works best for me.
