Re: feel this veggie juice isn't doing it...

I had this almost finished yesterday, but didn't finish up 'till now.  I see you've posted in the meantime...so use this post however is best for ya!

I'm drinking about a gallon a day now. about 7 cucumbers, a bag of carrots(slightly less than a quart juiced). 4 green apples. an the rest celery...lots of celery. along with 6 tbspn superfood. That's a pretty good blend.  If there's any way you could add a bag of 'deep green leafies', spinach, or some cabbage (or anything 'green'), that'd be beneficial.  Now is a GREAT time to hit the farmer's markets - you can get serious amounts of green beans, tomatoes, cabbage, etc. for a great price...especially at the end of the day (most vendors will practically give away their produce rather than take it home and throw it away).

It's awesome that you're getting in a gallon - good for you!

I feel my anxiety an stuff go away when i drink it, but if i don't drink it for a day or two or more. I get really really bad. I crave the sugar. Yep, you won't get the benefits of juices on days you don't drink them.  I don't know if there's anyway for either of us to know if it's the 'sugar' you're craving, or just the fantastic nutrition.

To me i feel i'm feeding the parasites/candida an it's producing alcohol messing with my benzo withdrawal so when i dont drink as much juice i go into benzo withdrawal. Hmmm.  Okay, the first thing to remember is natural/other sugar doesn't actually "feed" candida, it's just gives them what they need to cause fermentation.  It is possible that a high sugar juice would trigger fermentation (the alcohol would be calming) and then as your liver breaks it down, you'd feel a bit stronger withdrawal symptoms.  But you're not dealing with a 'high sugar juice'.   One of the things that will reduce that issue would be to add some garlic to your juice (or any other antifungal).  You could also throw some ginger root into the juicer with it all, or add ginger powder or tumeric powder (both ginger & tumeric are antifungals).  The thing is (you likely know) is that when you kill candida, you get die-off/alcohol withdrawal symptoms...and that makes benzo withdrawal worse.

I think you've got a fairly stable routine going unless you want to get aggressive with the candida & parasites with herbs & antifungals.

My arms have been falling asleep alot during sleep, i'm very tired, not feeling well. nerves in my body get a numb pain an it's hard to feel that limb. I think you'll likely get a lot of relief with the Earthing sheet here - it's great for increasing circulation (although it doesn't do that 'directly').  You might not experience it 'right away' (or maybe you might)...but it's going to be a definite goodness that's likely to bring you a LOT of relief!

lentils, brown rice, onions, peppers, almond/cashew butter, avocados, sea salt(himalayan), cayenne, virgin coconut oil, an the juice. thats pretty much my diet.  There's all kinds of things you can add to your diet (and I'd love to be there to cook for you!), but if you don't have the time or energy to cook (or won't prioritize it)...well, you're pretty much stuck where you are.

I definitely think you should add slipperly elm porridge/gruel (info in the links above posted by Water...thanks Water!!!).  It's much better if you mix it with apple juice than water...but even with water it tastes kinda like a cross between oatmeal & cream of wheat - so you can doctor-it-up with anything you'd like.  A pound of slippery elm powder will go a LONG way for not much money.  You don't even have to cook it - just mix a spoonful with your juice of choice and eat it.  You can also chill it overnight and it'll turn out kinda like pudding.

Speaking of pudding, another thing (cheap, too!) that's a fantastic source of protein & omegas is Chia seeds.  You can make a gel out of them or you can just throw a teaspoonful in each glass of juice (I've been adding Chia seeds to my superfood smoothies).  No taste at all, just lots of nutrition & goodness!

last night i had a wheat bread sandwhich, i felt like i had energy for once. but it kept me up late an today i was OUT OF IT mentally, i couldnt comprehend what i was doing at work it sucked. 'Sorry to hear that.

'Hang in there jboy - we're all sending your good energy, strength and prayers.  We can't be 'with you', but we're 'with you' the only way we can be :)

Blessings,

Uny
