I'm using the earthing pad, an the foot pad on the computer. I think it helps me get into a deeper sleep. but it doesn't matter what i do if I mess up my diet, an earthing pad an gonna help me sleep.
Today i actually am not dead tired after work. I had a good hearty lunch of turkey/beans/rice/veggies. an all my veggie juice. feel decent. might actually make it a full day.
i cut back on the baths with epsom/peroxide cause they draaiiined me.
I always add the slippery elm for a minute then forget. i gotta remember to keep eating it, also gotta order the ashwangda. was gonna buy it at the store but it was way more expensive than online.
