You're very savvy. Copper is for balance with zinc -- Zn:Cu 15:2 is frequently used. It matters how much of a body load of copper you have. Hubby does the 15:2, but I can only handle Zn:Cu 30:2, and my mother can handle no extra copper at all. Manganese, I have read, is also part of the balancing, such as Zn:Mn 5-2:1. You may get enough manganese from food. Good luck on your journey :)
