Great news! The package arrived today (July 18).
I have still not had a response to my emails or phone call from Humaworm.
It is disappointing, but I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they might be short-staffed because it is vacation season.
Thank you to all who replied, as it made me feel better to know I wasn't the only one waiting for a response.
