Has anyone else had difficulty reaching Humaworm for shipping or customer service questions? If so, how did you resolve this?

Hi,
I ordered my Humaworm 30 day parasite cleanse on June 14, 2011. I paid for it that day through paypal. It has not arrived. I have phoned Humaworm's customer service line and left a message, I have emailed their shipping department, and I have emailed their postmaster.
I have not received a response from anyone at Humaworm via email or via the phone.
I want to know where my order is; I paid for it over a month ago.
Has anyone had a similar issue with Humaworm? If so, which number/email did you finally get a response from? How long did it take to get a response from the company?
