...They have gone through many difficulties.
They are a small, family operation, yet they have dealt with problems that would sink larger companies.
Would you believe that they came home one evening, just in time to see their whole business, stock, and home, go up in flames...due to a lightening strike?
Yep.
And, before that, a wind took the roof off of their production building.
I believe they would rather keep the business small and manageable so that they don't lose touch with the individual customer.
There are other goals they have, I believe, and I believe so strongly that I don't question their intentions or systems, ever.
These folks are my friends.
I appreciate their efforts.
We can't hardly get their kind of service no more.
Treat them as gently as you can, my friends...we'll figure this out together.
It takes 20 days for my packages to come to me. That's just how it is.
I don't bellyache any more, and, believe me, I am a much better bellyacher than anyone here.
:D
Every single person at Humaworm is a peach.
I love them all.
Fledgling
