Some of these natural cures work great on light to medium tough health problems.

I did coconut oil swish 15 to 20 minutes two to three times a day for a couple months or so.

Thrush diminished but that was about it. Teeth a little whiter or so it seemed. Other very minor improvements.

I've had thrush for 30 yrs. My fault for not taking some sort of action sooner but it is not going to go away without a real fight if at all.

I might give it another shot after oo does its thing.
