Hello everyone, I have finally decided to start a Water Fast for 20days.
I had a very difficult time focusing on fasting. For some reason I find it so hard to start a fast. I just have this empty feeling and whatever I eat I do not feel satisfied.
I think I need to fast to break some of the addictions I have with food.
Current Weight: 237
Goal weight: 180
