I am right here with you. I am on day 2 of my fast. My weight loss hit a stall despite working out very hard, and I think my body needs a boost.
I had a baby, and was on fertility drugs, and breastfed, and became 75
pounds over weight. I lost 35
pounds so far, and now I am working on the next 35 pounds, and its been coming off very very slowly.
Because of the exercise, I thought I could eat more, and after being Vegan for a full year, I fell off the horse. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really tired, and sluggish. I did an acid PH test, and that was my answer.
so now, I am back to fasting. I am doing the Green Buzz fast. which is basically just wheatgrass,
juicing vegetables and water.
I am day 2, and my skin already looks better!
I am trying to get rid of the bloat.
