I have done a parasite cleanse before, went through 2 bottles of "Health Force" parasite herbal pills.

I passed some strange stuff during that time that when I looked at photos on here I could see it was parasites.

I've seen the white rice stuff in my eliminations.

I am a candida sufferer and know often that means the parasites have an easier time proliferating.

I also have diatomaceaous earth and I've recently been mixing that with psyllium and zeolites in the hopes that as the psyllium swells it will push the diatomaceaous earth and zeolites into candida and parasites living in my bowels, seems to work well, but I think I probably have a ways to go and need to keep doing this and some of the things suggested in this thread on a very consistent basis for a few months.

I'm a little better today after last nights sinus flooding with my diluted peroxide sinus solution. For some reason this solution, as opposed to all the others I've tried, is getting stuff out and reducing the amount of crawling sensations, I'm getting more of the thick white mucous out when I flood with this new solution and then later some slightly yellowish mucous, so perhaps I have candida or infection in there that has been stuck and I'm finally getting at it. Not sure, but I'll keep doing it, even though it stuffs me up horribly.

I just thought with all the crawling sensations it just had to be parasites in there, but now I'm not so sure, however, I will look into the sinus stuff mentioned above and keep up my flooding/ rinse, as well as try parasite cleanse again.

Which leads me to another question re: parasite cleanses.

Opinions on which one to use?
