Re: Oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil, one month in
While I don't necessarily think that it's hypoglycemia, who knows. When I first went gluten free (after discovering I had gluten intolerance), within days I was hungry ALL THE TIME, and had to eat like every 2 hours. I must have been eating over 4000 calories a day just to sustain myself at first, but it sloooowwwllyy got better over the months. And my hunger shot way up again when I went casein free (my other food intolerance).
Now, however, I'm sustaining for very long periods of time on far less food that I used to have to have. So I don't know what's going on. But you know what? I think I'll look into that. Goji berries? They sugary? Do they feed candida?
I'll try to see if I can get them off Whole Foods. You think Whole Foods will sell them?
Also, candida flare-ups increase hunger. I've come to notice that. So does die-off to an extent.
