Please consider getting tested for Babesia (a co-infection that causes lyme disease). Shortness of breath is a big side effect of Babesia.

Mainstream testing for lyme and it's co-infections is a JOKE.

I also agree with the poster that says to get yourself cleaned out and on anti-parasitic herbs etc.

Further, enzymes such as serrapeptase and nattokinase have been proven to drastically improve lung function in many different ailments....you may want to try these while you continue to search for answers. Also, LOTS of pure vitamin C and water each day.
