I have the same thing as you, only not as severe. Mine has been traced to reflux aspirating into my lungs. I just don't know if the reflux is acid reflux or bile reflux. I rarely ever had asthma before the reflux started and once it did, I've had it ever since. I would also look into candida. Candida can cause wheezing and since you were on Antibiotics at the time, chances are you could have developed candida from them. Very common. I would find a good naturopath worth his or her weight in gold, because I have found they tend to know a lot more about this stuff that traditional doctors do. You might try going on a candida diet for a few weeks to see if you feel better and if you do, then you probably have your answer. A high strain probiotic before bed might be a good idea as well. Your liver might be weak, which is my issue, causing the reflux and then the asthma. I would pop on over to the Natural Healing forum and repost your post there for help. Good luck.
