Re: Severe shortness of breath for 6 months & counting. HELP.
Hello Steven,
first of all, I just want to say I'm sorry for the suffering you're going through. And that a doctor basically offers you nothing, no further steps--and won't request the pulmonary tests just seems almost criminal to me. (on the other hand, save your money--more later) I'm getting a good look at the medical system now. (my companion is going through quite a bit, after a fall in a hospital. That's another story. Today I asked the rehab doctor what they can suggest, or offer to offset prednisone wiping out all his good flora, and he just stared at me and shrugged that "nothing" shrug. I then asked, what do you propose *we* do then to rebuild it? He answered "eat well". And then grudgingly added, eat yogurt. It has tons of good bacteria. But not the yogurt they serve in the rehab. So, basically, my friend, you are in a system that pushes drugs, and when these fail the patient, as have your antibiotics), they don't know what to do with you.
It sounds as though the sinus thing has gone fungal. ( This often happens after some antibiotics. And whatever it first was has simply been suppressed by the meds, rather than helped to heal, which simply pushed it further into the body--hence, the chest/lungs/shortness of breath.
small aside:
I had shortness of breath about seven years back, the feeling that I could not get enough breath; this was in a very humid time, and I was diagnosed with COPD; told that there was nothing they could really do--that it was a progressive disease. They gave me some sort of inhaler such as is used for asthma, I used it twice, and did not like it.( a speedy feeling) After I got over grieving for what looked to me like losing my life, I began to concentrate on letting my breath be my protection. I don't remember all what happened, but long story short, when I changed my mind, form believing in being "small and weak", and listening to doctors, I went back to ask for another X-ray--to verify the COPD--which I did not believe in any longer. It turned out that there was no sign of it. The MDs were mystified, as they said they clearly saw the 'shadow' in the first X-ray. So.... no copd. Soon after this, I retired my doctor.
And I began to get healthier, and entirely change my perspective on health and healing.
Dr. John R Christopher (deceased), and Dr Schulz (who are into genuine Natural Healing, have what can help you.
The body needs a series of cleanses, and no antibiotics are invited. I'm sure you can get well. I can't lead you through the maze, but I think Uniquity can, and others on the Natural Healing forum can point you to some excellent learning material to get you 'on board', and understanding what's happened to you, how, and why, and how to reverse it, and regain full health. Uniquity is quite busy, but if you go there, you can look up the Incurables program, and Schulze videos, and begin to find your footing again. Also, consider learning EFT, which is a serious help with dealing with the "end of the rope" feelings.
all the best! Chiron
