I hope that's what happened. The last two days, my muscles were so tense, it feels like I ran a marathon with the soreness now.

My stomach muscles are tensed up as well. But, they aren't always sore, sometimes the muscles loosen up and then tighten.

I have been taking magnesium malate, drinking liquid minerals and lots of water, nettle and schisandra berry along with vitamin C.

The pain was so nasty that I was in bed a lot of yesterday and today. Hopefully it gets better now.

Believe me, if I drink the water again, it will be in very small amounts at first.
