Forgive my correction of Trapper, but Cayce said all we need to consume are:
water
salt
soda
and iodine
(oxygen and sunshine are necessary, too - but we don't swallow those) - well, then again, we do get oxygen in our water.
Anyhoo, it has been said that soda is anywhere from "just" calcium carbonate to "just" sodium of bicarbonate.
Personally, I'm more inclined to believe that soda is the "tri-salts", which can also vary depending on what company combines them. Since tri-salts typically include potassium, magnesium, and calcium - ya gotta know that a GOOD and CLEAN diet, without overconsumption of any garbage, will provide the body with the proper amount of "soda"...
as long as one does not over-indulge...heh...heh...heh.
