Re: Oregano oil

Oregano oil is certainly a powerful antibacterial product. With your history of boils, this has been a problem for a while. I would continue the oregano oil for several months. Make sure you consume probiotics to keep your gut flora healthy.

You mentioned you were cold. What is your basal body temp? I would suspect a sluggish thyroid. If that is the case, consider taking Lugols Iodine or Iodoral to help boost your thyroid and increase your metabolism. Swanson Vitamins has both Lugols and Iodoral as well as Now's Thyroid Energy which contains L-Tyrosine an important co-factor to the thyroid hormone. Additionally, I recommend Iodine co-factors by Terry Naturally. It contains Niacin (inositol hexaniacinate), riboflavin, magnesium and selenium which help repair damaged Iodine transporters.

Since you will probably experience detox symptoms, I point you to this link which will explain a lot about detox symptoms and what you can do to about them. I would like to point out that taking something to support the liver helps immensely. I particularly like NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine).

Finally, if you have the capability to make your own CS, you'd be able to take in the quantity, ie; daily, that would help get rid of this pathogen.

But IMHO, getting on iodine and raising your body temp is a key step in getting well.
