How can I get warm?

I am battling a severe Golden Staph infection.

It makes me feel cold all of the time. Whenever I am cold, the infection gets worse.

Whenever I kill some of the Golden Staph, it makes me much colder. This results in the Golden Staph getting much worse.

Does anyone know of anything which would enable me to keep warm?
