Finally, reading through Wombat's last post, I remembered a probiotic put out by Jarrow just for this purpose. You can take it orally, because the beasties migrate into the vagina on their own. It's called Fem-Dophilus, and there are a ton of reviews you can read at iHerb (and probably other vendors as well).
