Hulda Clark found a variety of parasites in the brains of her patients and usually advised parasite herbs and the Zapper. If the parasites are encysted I don;t think that they can be affected. Eye twiches are most likely doe to external irritation or possibly some high level of pollutant in the body so doing some detoxes may be helpful. Do you have any metal fillings or decay in your teeth?

I think it is dog Tapeworms who's larva migrate to the brain. but other parasites are found there, too.

Look up the causes of peripheral neuropathy.

Consider being tested for autoimmune diseases.
