Your feelings are understandable. Good news - the first step to any healing process is acknowledging that there is one. You have done that and have pretty much come to terms with it. You are not too old at 40 - I completed my healing process at 42. My story is far too complicated to share in this message, but I do what I do to share my experiences with others who are hurting - to offer hope for a brighter tomorrow.
