Try brushing your tongue well, and rinsing your mouth well twice a day with Advanced Listerine. Getting a good tongue scraper is a good idea, otherwise you could use a toothbrush. Listerine is effective against candida(particularly the Listerine Advanced which has zinc). If you want something without alcohol, the Prevention mouth rinse which has peroxide and zinc is probably even more effective(but much harder to find). I used the Prevention mouth rinses for a while when my mouth infections were at their worst. I also rinsed often with warm salt water. I used both the single bottle Prevention, and the more potent periodontal Prevention which comes in two bottles.
