Yes, 1oz SuperTonic + 2oz Echinacea = Dr. Schulze s Herbal Blitz.

He suggests mixing the 3oz above with 32 oz of juice/water and drinking it throughout the day. I like mixing the 3oz of S/T-Ech with about a pint of fluid (I like apple cider and a lil' water), and I drink 1/3 of it 3x daily.

But NO, it's not 1oz S/T and 2oz of Echinacea three times a day.

There's been a time or two when I've done 2 Herbal Blitzes in a day (when I've been hit with a killer 'bug'), but once daily for several days in a row is typically more than enough to knock out a new infection.


If I'm not mistaken, Willowley actually drinks it STRAIGHT (or close to it!). But I could never get 'er down doing that :)

If you have an ear infection, you definitely need to keep up with the garlic oil & B&B routine.
