While I'm working out my dose and my body is getting used to the LBB, do think it would do any harm to use cayenne to get my bowels moving if I'm constipated? I can induce a bowel movement in about 30 minutes if I drink less than a quarter of a teaspoon in water. I have some gripping and it's a little uncomfortable but it's miraculous. Last night I kept feeling like I had to go but I would sit on the toilet and nothing would happen so I drank some cayenne and it worked like clock work.
Btw, this morning's poop was better and last night I maybe woke once to pee! I can't believe it! I hope it continues.
So, while I'm figuring out my dose and timing I want to make sure that I'm clear. My goal is to gave 3-4 bowel movements per day, no matter what the consistancy? So if I have to add enough that it becomes watery in order to get that many then that's okay? Also, if I have a bowel movement that feels like a complete movement and then 10-20 minutes later I have another one like that, does that count as two? Also, is it okay if when I start adding the IF2 that I start with just taking it at the same time that I take the LBB?
