I upped my night dose and so far today I've got some thin and somewhat runny somewhat effortful poops. They felt incomplete and totally unsatisfying. I took four last night. I'm not sure what to do today.

If I don't hear back by tomorrow I think I'm gonna reinstate my triphalla until I've got some feedback. Today will be my fifth day on the LBB.
