Are you in good shape, or overweight? If your abs are not strong, then perhaps you should go to a gym and do plenty of ab crunches? Do you get enough exercise in general? Doing plenty of walking may help. Eating herbs like dandelion, ginger, horseradish, cayenne, etc. may also help. Have you done a parasite cleanse lately? Intestinal parasites often cause constipation. Taking an msm supplement and enough vitamin c and magnesium may also help. Licorice root tea helps me. I often drink two cups a day. Don't use licorice root if you have high blood pressure.
