Re: I give up
I know people like you, many have little to no energy daily. It's usually caused by multiple anti-biotic induced GI problems. Societal belief is programmed to take prescription drugs (
Antibiotics ) for any operative or suspected bacterial problems. However,
Antibiotics is like going to your GI town and randomly killing off good and bad inhabitants. If
Antibiotics are the sheriff of your town, your town is going to suffer severely. The GI is the crux of your system, many co-inhabitants stimulate, secrete, and work in conjunction with your own system, some don't. Some of the tiny bugs in your belly will secrete hunger hormones, targeting what they like and making you think that you want a certain type of food.
I believe many root causes stem from the GI. Restoring health to the GI tract is a difficult task. I don't believe killing randomly is the answer, but it may be part of it. If bad inhabitants of your town took residence, then how are good inhabitants supposed to occupy that space? Kill the bad first or kick them out. What are good inhabitants anyway? There are so many!!! BUT, a heavy but, it's not only the good guys that are important. Good production of stomach acid, proper secretion of enzymes to break food down, and positive thinking are a few important aspects. But, say you have no energy mentally and/or physically, positive thinking is nearly impossible. Many people with GI problems will have low energy in some form or fashion. Although this is not popular, due to limited advances in GI health, I've read numerous reports of
Fecal Transplant from healthy donors curing many people, not all though.
Also, it is important to quit taking pharma-drugs and learn about natural alternatives like pau 'd arco (make sure it's authentic) [an effective way to take pau 'd arco is to boil the inner bark gently for 30 minutes, then drink the tea after it cools]. But again, it's a natural alternative to antibiotics and kills off many different residents.
Also keep in mind that many makers of supplements will create sub-par products or flat-out fraud consumers. Many of the pharma-drug companies produce the very supplements that come out of places like New Jersey and call them Vitamin B derived synthetically. It's important to do the difficult leg work of calling the suppliers and asking about the origin of their supplement ingredients. What about if you find a food source that's organic for the most part, what about absorbing the food? You'd need good stomach acid, or something to help form more of it, to digest food. Then, after passing the stomach, you'd need to break down the food even more and aid it's absorption.
Once your body starts to absorb real food, it will begin to heal and become stronger. Some people have genetic anomalies that activate at certain ages that prevent prosperity and growth. We are still learning about genetics that affect health, not just markers. There are many, many variables. That's why I'd suggest you work on your GI health regardless of genetics.
What have you tried to do to improve your health anyway? Do you have a detailed chronological layout of your history?
