Dear Sylvette,

Everyone system is different and I do not think you should make general statements like that. I dry fast regularly. My last dry fast was 7 days which ended yesterday. I urinate normally through out the whole fast. My urine is almost colorless. I don't get dry mouth till the 7th day and even then it's only a little dry. And I lost 21 lbs in 7 days. Imagine how much fluid I have in me..:) I have never had any problems with my dry fasts.
