That is a very good point; ‘the Biggest Loser’ can’t be more awful; people are needlessly tortured just to have ‘a good TV’.
But even worse, we are all brainwashed with these type of information which serves only (so called) ‘medical’, ‘losing weight’ and other industries.
For example, it is sad that none of my friends, not even the closest one, know how I lost weight. I mentioned once going through the weekend without food and for a month I was getting ‘how desperate, dangerous and stupid was that’ feedback.
And recently I’ve heard, from the friend of mine who happened to be MD, the ‘scientifically statement’ that is ‘impossible for a woman of my age (48) to have such a tiny waist (24) without having a liposuction. I just don’t want to admit it’. She really believes that,(although she may be a little jealous as well).
So, getting back to your point, I realized as well, all those ‘experts’ and their ‘solutions’ have only one purpose: to make more money out of someone else’s misery. Understandable, because if they really offer a solution, they would be, very soon, out of business. And who does want that?
