How I lost 95 pounds on water fast
Dear All,
these are my two cents to those who are in the same position I was almost a year ago.
First 40-50
pounds was easy (or relatively easy), or much easier than any diet I'd tried before (and I tried them all).
I was fasting 21/7/21. During a week off I didn't eat fruit as recommended but rather some veggie and fish, up to 400 cal per day. And I weighted myself only two times, I pretended that weight issue does not exist and I concentrated more on mental and emotional clarity, smooth skin, bright eyes etc.
The next 20
pounds was painful. I was on 160
pounds plateau for a few months, eating only 600-700 calories per day. Any increase in calories resulted immediately in the weight gain. Although, I felt healthy and thin, it took me several months and numerous small 2-3 days fasts to start to move downward the scale again.
The last 15 pounds I lost two months ago after fasting for 14 days. I’m still adjusting to my new weight (which I haven’t had since high school) but it is getting easier by each day.
The biggest award of fasting is the absence of hanging skin. My skin went back as if I was never obese, (as if I am not my 40-ties). It was definitely worth of pain and effort.
Wish you all best
Anne
