-for me baking soda was a disaster; gave me loads of side effects like cracking skin, palpatations, mouth sores and digestion problems.
RO water I dont know much about; what is the mineral contents of it? what is the ph without the ion booster?
I have had a few confusing phases after starting Iodine & co. I found it helpful to take breaks from everything, then slowly introduce one supplement/ herb at a time to find out what caused what. Chelating can stirr up things.
The worst side effect I ever had besides baking soda was Wild Yam.
